The Waterloo Bay has one of the best beergardens in the bayside. It's a friendly, welcoming place, with timber tables and cool shade from the enormous old fig tree at the far end of the open area. Good food. Good service. While seating quite a lot of people (so you can always find a spot), the way it is set out doesn't make it feel like a canteen. Entrees were an enormous antipasto platter, Main plates on the menu are a mix of pastas, pizzas and meaty delights.
